• Proof of delivery (POD) — signature-on-delivery is standard for all mirror consignments
• Fragile handling — LED mirrors are packed in double-wall corrugated cartons with foam protection and marked fragile
• Site delivery — freight is delivered to the address specified on the order, not a depot

For construction sites: ensure the delivery address includes a full street address, not a lot number. Provide a contact number for the site foreman or project manager. If the site will be unattended during business hours, nominate an alternative delivery address or arrange for someone to be present for the delivery. VUELUXE does not leave mirror consignments unattended at construction sites without an authorised receiver.
