Every VUELUXE trade account has direct access to compliance documentation: RCM certification (registered on the ERAC database), AS/NZS 60598 luminaire test reports, IP44 ingress protection test data, AS/NZS 4268 mirror glass compliance, and product safety data sheets. Documentation is provided in PDF format and is suitable for council inspection submission, NatSpec schedules, and insurance documentation.
Lead times for first-order trade accounts
Stock items dispatch within 1–3 business days of PO acceptance. Delivery from the Adelaide warehouse: Victoria 1 day, NSW/ACT 1–2 days, QLD/SA 2–3 days, WA 4–7 days, TAS/NT 5–7 days. Custom orders (non-standard CCT, finish, or size) require 6–8 weeks from PO.
