The mark
Halo ring + brass crescent. Always paired with the Tenor Sans wordmark unless used at favicon scale. Don’t recolour, don’t stretch, don’t add a drop shadow.
Clear space
Maintain a minimum clear space equal to the height of the wordmark on all sides. Don’t crowd the mark with adjacent type or imagery.
Minimum size
Wordmark: 80px wide minimum on digital · 14mm wide minimum on print. Mark alone: 24px / 6mm minimum.
Don’t
Don’t recolour the brass crescent · don’t stretch · don’t outline · don’t apply drop shadows or bevels · don’t rotate the mark.
The palette
Restricted, warm, material-first. Brass is the single accent — used once per moment, never as wallpaper.
The type system
Four roles, no overlap. All four faces are free and self-hostable — Google Fonts and Fontshare licences.
Press photography library
High-resolution product and operations photography. Editorial press may use these with attribution: photo courtesy of VUELUXE.
How we sound
VUELUXE talks like a trade rep in a polo who knows every spec sheet by heart, gives you his mobile number, and tells you the truth even when it costs him an order.
- State spec numbers, IP ratings, LED hours factually
- Short sentences. Builder-pace.
- Use trade language: callback, fit-out, container, spec sheet, estate, lead time
- Name the human contact where possible
- Present tense. Active voice.
- “Indulge in luxury” · “Redefine the bathroom” · “Transform your space”
- Emoji in body copy
- Exclamation marks
- “Welcome to VUELUXE” or “Our story is one of passion”
- Anything that sounds like a translated factory site
