Can VUELUXE supply 50+ mirrors for one project?

Yes — 50-unit project orders are standard for VUELUXE volume builder accounts. Orders up to 120 units (container level) can be supplied from Adelaide warehouse stock or direct from factory with appropriate lead time. For 50-unit and larger orders, pre-payment or deposit terms apply at the purchase order stage.

Supplying 50 units from Adelaide warehouse

For the most consistently stocked VUELUXE models — the VLM-02, VLM-04, and VLFR-01 — a 50-unit order can typically be filled entirely from Adelaide warehouse stock. This is subject to current inventory levels, which fluctuate based on recent order activity. When you submit an inquiry for a 50-unit project order, VUELUXE will confirm available stock at the time and advise whether the full quantity can be fulfilled immediately or whether a partial shipment applies.

Adelaide warehouse dispatch for a confirmed 50-unit order typically occurs within 3–5 business days of payment receipt. Delivery to metropolitan areas follows standard freight timelines; regional and interstate delivery adds 2–5 days depending on location.

Orders above 50 units: warehouse versus factory

For orders between 50 and 120 units, VUELUXE assesses whether the order can be met from warehouse stock or requires a factory shipment. Orders above warehouse stock levels are fulfilled via factory-direct supply, which carries a 6–8 week lead time from purchase order confirmation. This lead time is firm and cannot be shortened — it reflects factory production scheduling and shipping transit from China to Melbourne.

For project-critical timelines, VUELUXE recommends placing large orders (50+ units) at least 8–10 weeks before mirrors are needed on site. Builders who rely on warehouse availability for large orders can encounter stock gaps if other large orders have recently cleared the same product line.

Container-level orders: 80–120 units

A full container order (80–120 units) represents the most cost-efficient supply arrangement for large-scale residential projects or ongoing builder programs. Container orders are placed directly with the factory under VUELUXE coordination. The builder specifies models, quantities, finishes, and CCT preferences at PO stage, and the container is packed to specification.

Container-level pricing is the lowest per-unit rate available from VUELUXE. The trade-off is lead time: 6–8 weeks from PO to Adelaide port, plus 1–2 weeks for customs clearance and delivery to site or warehouse. Total elapsed time from order to receipt should be budgeted at 8–10 weeks for planning purposes.

Split delivery for staged projects

Some builders need 50 units for a project but cannot take delivery of the full quantity at once — for example, a staged subdivision where 25 houses complete in stage one and 25 in stage two. VUELUXE supports split delivery arrangements: a single purchase order is placed for the full 50-unit project quantity, with delivery scheduled in two or more lots aligned to construction milestones.

Split delivery requires a deposit on the total order at PO stage. VUELUXE holds the balance in Adelaide warehouse until the second delivery is required. There is a holding fee for warehouse storage beyond 90 days from initial delivery.

Compliance documentation for large orders

For 50-unit and larger orders, VUELUXE provides a complete compliance pack with the order: RCM/SAA certificates, IP44 test reports, and wiring installation guides for each model supplied. This documentation is required for builder handover files and is often requested by project certifiers. If you need NatSpec-compatible specification text or AutoCAD DXF files for your project documentation, these can be requested alongside the order inquiry.

Payment terms for 50+ unit orders

VUELUXE requires payment in full for warehouse stock orders up to 50 units at the time of order confirmation. For orders over 50 units or any factory-direct order, a deposit (typically 30–50% of the invoice value) is required at PO stage, with the balance due before dispatch. The formal quote issued for your project will specify exact payment terms. Open credit terms are not available for new accounts — these are negotiated after an established order history is in place.

How to place a 50-unit project order

The process is straightforward. Submit an inquiry via the trade account inquiry form or email with your project spec list: model(s), quantities, finish, CCT, and delivery address. VUELUXE will respond within 24 hours with a formal quote, stock availability confirmation, and estimated dispatch date. If the order requires factory supply, the quote will include the lead time and deposit requirement.

For projects where specification is still being finalised, VUELUXE can provide a sample mirror for review before the project order is placed. Samples are charged at cost and credited against the project order invoice within 60 days.
