VUELUXE attends selected Australian trade events including Designex, HIA Housing Awards, and state builder association events. Current event schedule is available on request. For trade buyers unable to attend events, virtual presentations of the product range are available by appointment.
Events VUELUXE attends
VUELUXE focuses its event presence on events attended by its primary buyer categories: architects and interior designers (Designex and equivalent design industry forums), house builders and volume residential developers (HIA Housing Awards and state builder association events), and bathroom industry trade (selected bathroom and kitchen industry forums). VUELUXE does not exhibit at consumer home shows — all events are trade and industry facing.
The event schedule varies year to year depending on VUELUXE’s growth priorities and which events have the most relevant attendee base for the current product range. A confirmed event calendar for the current year is available on request — contact VUELUXE with your trade category and location, and you will be advised which upcoming events are most relevant to attend for a face-to-face product review.
What to expect at a VUELUXE event presence
At trade events, VUELUXE displays a selection of product range models — typically 4–6 units representing the core categories (frameless rectangular, round with demister, oval, and arch). The display is functional where the event setup permits: mirrors are powered and operational so attendees can assess light quality, CCT switch behaviour, and demister function in real time. Cut sheets, compliance certificates, and specification packs are available at the display.
VUELUXE representatives at events are trade-facing and technically familiar with the product range. They can answer questions about specification, compliance, installation requirements, and trade account setup. Event attendance is also the most efficient way to initiate a trade account if you have not yet applied — the application can be completed on the spot and followed up within 24 hours.
HIA Housing Awards
VUELUXE’s presence at HIA Housing Awards events reflects the brand’s primary trade focus: Australian house builders and residential developers. These events attract the procurement decision-makers and project managers responsible for specifying bathroom fixtures across residential housing programs. For VUELUXE, it is an opportunity to connect directly with volume builder accounts and demonstrate product quality to buyers who may have only engaged with VUELUXE via online inquiry previously.
State HIA events are held independently — the schedule varies by state. Designex and design industry events
Designex is Australia’s primary interior architecture and design trade event. VUELUXE’s presence at Designex is targeted at architects and interior designers who specify bathroom mirrors into residential and commercial projects. The product range on display at Designex typically emphasises the premium and design-differentiated models — oval, arch, and frameless frameless rectangular in premium finishes — which are most relevant for the design-led specification decisions that occur at Designex.
Designers attending Designex can collect specification packs, request samples, and initiate a trade account application on the spot. For designers who already have a VUELUXE trade account, a Designex visit is an opportunity to review new product additions and updated finishes before they appear in the standard catalogue.
Virtual presentations for non-attending buyers
Not all trade buyers can attend events — location, schedule, and project workload are common barriers. VUELUXE offers virtual product range presentations by appointment for buyers who prefer a direct remote session. A virtual presentation covers the same content as an event display: live walkthrough of selected models, specification review, CCT and finish options, compliance documentation overview, and a Q&A with a VUELUXE representative.
Virtual presentations are particularly useful for interstate buyers in markets where VUELUXE may not attend a local event, and for buyers at the early stage of specifying a large project who want a thorough product review before committing to a sample or project inquiry. Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes and can be recorded for sharing with other project stakeholders (for example, a builder client or project manager who was not able to attend the presentation).
