Can I tour the Adelaide warehouse?
Yes — VUELUXE welcomes verified trade account holders to visit the Adelaide warehouse by appointment. You can inspect current stock, review packaging standards, and see the full product range in person before committing to a project order. To arrange a visit, contact [email protected] with your preferred date and your trade account details.
What a warehouse visit involves
A VUELUXE Adelaide warehouse visit is a working inspection, not a showroom experience. The warehouse holds live stock — the same units that would be dispatched in a trade order — so what you see is exactly what you receive. During a visit, you can inspect current stock for any model in the range: assess build quality, packaging standards, mirror glass quality, finish accuracy, and LED light output on powered display units. For buyers making a first significant order with VUELUXE, seeing the product and packaging in person is the most efficient way to resolve any quality or specification questions before the order is placed.
Warehouse visits are not open days — they are by appointment only, for verified trade account holders. Walk-in visits are not available. This ensures a VUELUXE representative is available to guide the inspection and answer questions, and that the visit does not disrupt warehouse operations.
Who benefits from a warehouse visit
Warehouse visits are most useful for four categories of trade buyer. First, a builder or developer placing a large first order (40 units or more) who wants confirmation of product quality before committing at scale. Second, a showroom considering stocking VUELUXE mirrors who needs to assess the display viability of the range — seeing the products in a realistic warehouse lighting environment gives a more accurate sense of light quality than product photography. Third, an architect or interior designer working on a high-specification project where the mirror finish needs to be matched against other specified materials. Fourth, a project manager or procurement manager from a volume builder or developer organisation who is assessing VUELUXE as a new supplier across a full house program.
What you can assess during a visit
During a warehouse visit, the following can be assessed directly: physical dimensions and weight of any stocked model (relevant for installation planning and freight calculation); glass quality including edge finish, reflectivity, and any anti-fog or copper-free glass specification; frame finish accuracy for matte black, brushed nickel, and chrome options; LED light output quality including CRI rendering, CCT consistency, and the visible difference between CCT settings on switchable models; packaging and protective wrapping standards (relevant for assessing breakage risk in transit); and demister pad placement and pad coverage relative to the mirror viewing area.
Powered display units are available at the warehouse for CCT and demister demonstrations. For models requiring specific bench or wall mounting to assess proportions accurately, VUELUXE can arrange a display configuration in advance of the visit if notified when booking.
Booking a warehouse visit
To book a visit, email [email protected] with: your name, company, and trade account status (or ABN if you are not yet an account holder), your preferred visit date and an alternative date, and a brief description of what you want to assess (which models, and the context — for example, “assessing three models for a 60-unit hotel project”). VUELUXE will confirm availability and provide the warehouse address and arrival instructions.
Visit duration is typically 30–60 minutes depending on the number of models to be reviewed and the level of specification discussion required. If your visit includes a detailed project specification discussion or a quote briefing, allow up to 90 minutes.
Visiting before opening a trade account
Prospective trade account holders who have not yet opened an account can request a warehouse visit as part of their account evaluation. In this case, VUELUXE will ask for an ABN and a brief description of your business before confirming the appointment. The trade account application can be completed during or after the visit. Warehouse visits are not open to consumers or retail buyers under any circumstances — VUELUXE is a trade-only supplier and warehouse access reflects that.
Pre-order inspection for large projects
For buyers placing a large project order (50 units or more), a pre-order inspection visit is one of two options for quality assurance. The other is a pre-shipment photo report provided by VUELUXE — photographs of the packaged order before dispatch, confirming that the specification, finish, and quantity are correct. Both options are available; which is more appropriate depends on whether physical inspection of the product is necessary or whether documentation and photographic confirmation is sufficient. For most large trade orders, the pre-shipment photo report is adequate. For first-time large orders where a buyer has not previously inspected the product, a warehouse visit before order placement is the more thorough approach.
