Do you supply bathroom showrooms in Australia?

Yes — VUELUXE supplies bathroom showrooms and retailers with display stock and replenishment orders. Showrooms require a trade account with a minimum first order. Display samples (typically 2–4 models) are supplied at a discounted rate. VUELUXE can provide branded point-of-sale material on request.

How showroom supply works

Bathroom showrooms operate differently from builders and designers in one important respect: their primary need is display stock that can be seen and touched by end customers, followed by ongoing replenishment of sold products. VUELUXE’s showroom supply arrangement is structured around this: a first order establishes display stock, and subsequent orders replenish models that have been sold or replaced in the display rotation.

VUELUXE does not operate as a dropshipper for showrooms. Showrooms order and hold stock themselves. VUELUXE supplies to the showroom’s warehouse or storefront directly; the showroom handles its own retail presentation and customer relationships.

Opening a showroom trade account

Showrooms apply for a trade account via the standard trade account application. The application requires an ABN, business registration, and business type (retail showroom). VUELUXE reviews applications within 24 hours. For showroom accounts, a minimum first order quantity applies — the specifics are confirmed at the quote stage, but a first order typically covers 2–4 display units plus initial sell-through stock.

VUELUXE does not grant territory exclusivity to showrooms at this stage of its Australian distribution expansion. If territory arrangements become part of the program in future, existing account holders will be notified.

Display stock pricing

Display mirrors are supplied to showrooms at a discounted rate — below standard trade pricing — in recognition that display stock represents a marketing investment rather than a direct sell-through inventory. Display pricing is confirmed at the quote stage for each application. The discount applies to the mirrors designated as display units; replenishment stock is priced at standard showroom trade rate.

VUELUXE recommends showrooms select display models that represent the range clearly — a frameless rectangular, a round with demister, and one premium oval or arch model gives customers a meaningful cross-section without requiring an oversized display footprint. The specific model recommendation is the VLFR-01, VLM-04, and one arch or oval from the YA or YO series, but this can be adjusted based on the showroom’s customer profile.

Point-of-sale material

VUELUXE can supply point-of-sale material for showroom display on request. This includes printed specification cards for each displayed model (showing dimensions, CCT options, IP rating, and wattage), brand display graphics, and digital assets for in-store screen displays. POS material is available in standard VUELUXE branding — custom branded material for showroom co-branding is available at additional cost with a minimum print run.

For showrooms that conduct product demonstrations (for example, live demister or touch sensor demonstrations), VUELUXE can advise on power supply and display mounting configurations. Functional display mirrors require a connected power supply — VUELUXE recommends a qualified electrician for display installation to ensure RCM compliance is maintained.

Replenishment ordering

Once the initial display and stock order is in place, replenishment orders are placed via standard trade inquiry. Showrooms with regular order cadence can arrange a standing order arrangement where VUELUXE maintains a reserved allocation of their primary models. For showrooms with predictable sell-through volume, this eliminates the risk of stockouts on popular models.

Replenishment orders are typically 5–20 units per model per order. Pricing is at the showroom trade tier — fixed per model, confirmed in each quote. VUELUXE aims to dispatch replenishment orders from Adelaide warehouse within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and payment.

Product range suitable for showroom display

VUELUXE’s product range spans round, rectangular, oval, and arch shapes in frameless and framed finishes. For showroom purposes, the range is broad enough to represent multiple bathroom styles — from minimalist frameless to warm-toned brushed nickel framed — without requiring an extensive footprint. The most showroom-compatible models are those with visible light quality differentiation, such as switchable CCT mirrors where the customer can see the difference between warm and cool white in real time.

VUELUXE can advise showrooms on model selection based on the showroom’s customer demographic and average project value. A showroom serving renovation clients in an inner-urban market will select differently from a showroom serving new housing estates.

What VUELUXE does not offer showrooms

VUELUXE does not currently operate a sale-or-return arrangement for showrooms. Display stock is purchased; unsold display units are not credited if the model is discontinued or rotated out. This is standard for trade-only wholesale supply and is consistent with how VUELUXE operates across all account types.
